Massimo Carrara, Chairman of Cartiere Carrara, has been awarded in the Sustainable Business Model category of the EY “Entrepreneur of the Year®” Award.
Cav. Lav. Massimo Carrara, Chairman of Cartiere Carrara S.p.A., received yesterday in Milan, during the ceremony organized by EY, the Sustainable Business Model Award as part of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year® Award. The recognition was presented “for having succeeded in integrating sustainability into the core of the industrial model, making it a strategic driver of growth through concrete investments, a certified supply chain and environmental projects involving the entire organization.”
“This award confirms the work of many years, during which sustainability has become a concrete and structural choice — a way of doing business that looks to the future with responsibility,” said Massimo Carrara. “I consider it a collective recognition, addressed to all the people who contribute every day to the growth of the company and its bond with the local area.”
